The Tampa Gator Club Scholarship Committee awards scholarships annually to incoming UF freshmen from Hillsborough County.
In 2024, the Tampa Gator Club awarded 15 scholarships for a total of $52.5k!

The banquet is one of the signature events of the Tampa Gator Club and typically includes a dinner and an awards program.

Past Winners
Eligibility Overview
Applications are open to all graduating Seniors who have been accepted and have confirmed their intent to attend the University of Florida
Students from any public, charter, or private high school in Hillsborough County are eligible. Students at the following schools located in Pasco County are also eligible to participate: Sunlake HS, Wiregrass Ranch HS, Wesley Chapel HS, Cypress Creek HS, Land O’ Lakes HS, and Zephyrhills HS.
Athletes are not eligible at this time for Scholarships
All applicants will need to submit a high school transcript (or Student Permanent Record Summary Worksheet) and copies of their SAT and/or ACT scores
All recipients must be present for the Scholarship banquet in order to receive the award
