Thank you for participating in our 2022 Tampa Gator Club Scholarship Golf Tournament. This is one of our signature events to fundraise for future deserving Gator students in Hillsborough County. There is NO WAY we could pull this large event off without your willingness to volunteer and show that it is GREAT TO BE A FLORIDA GATOR!
The goal of our tournament is to accomplish two main objectives:
Raise as many scholarship dollars as possible for our future Gator students
Have a fun and memorable golfing experience
Here are a few things to know to achieve our objectives:
Your name has been submitted for base access. If we have any issues with base access, we will contact you or your foursome POC to change/update accordingly. PLEASE ENTER THROUGH THE DALE MABRY MAIN GATE (not the Bayshore Gate). NO Additional participants/people are allowed to enter the base other than those on the roster.

Your SPIRIT and “hi-touch” positive attitude will leave our players and sponsors with a great reflection of the tournament. Please know it will be a long day but one in which leads to raising lots of $$ for students. Engage and help - use initiative and ask the BOARD MEMBERS for any tasks / actions that need to be accomplished.

A Valid ID for access
In case of possible sprinkles, have small towel, bug spray and sunscreen, sunglasses
We will provide you a t-shirt but please be dressed “Gator Casual” to reflect well on our tournament and the Tampa Gator Club. Also wear comfortable shoes.
We recommend you eat before arriving (grill is open too but slow). Lunch will be provided.

7:00 AM - Volunteers present
7:15 AM - Volunteers briefed / positions assigned / Setup Continues
8:00 AM - Registration is open (purchase Mulligans)
8:00 AM - Range open for practice (balls provided)
8:15 AM - $5,000 Putting Competition
9:00 AM - All Tents / Tables / Chairs in place on holes
9:10 AM - Putting Green - Tournament Rules/Player Talk
9:30 AM - Shotgun Start
1:30 PM - Tournament Room / Clubhouse fully decorated - ready for end of tournament
2-2:30 PM - Players return to clubhouse
2:00 PM - LUNCH Provided - Mission BBQ
3:00 PM - Prizes and Goodie Bags
4:00 PM - Tournament Wrap-up
